Standard cape cod plan, 12 foot high walls, 24’x36′, 70k delivered erected on your foundation. Both are the same price.

Note: these parts are interchangeable and can be 24’x24′ or x36′ or 48′ or 60′ it is in increments of 12′. An L shape or T shape can be made. The walls can be 14′ high but all of this is at an additional price.

Modified version of the standard cape cod timber frame with a 12 foot wide shed back dormer and 14 foot high walls, 110k delivered and erected on your foundation.
